We meet 100% of need for our admitted students. In addition to this commitment, W ashington University also offers the following programs: 1) No Loan: W ashington University eliminates loans as part of its undergraduate financial aid offer to all students. 2) W ashU Pledge: Incoming first-year, full-time Missouri and southern Illinois students who are from families with annual incomes of $75,000 or less will be provided a free undergraduate education. The W ashU Pledge covers the full cost of a W ashington University education which includes tuition, housing, food and fees, and is guaranteed for four years. 3) First-Year Grants: First-year students who are from families with incomes of $75,000 or less will receive $1,500 toward the cost of start-up supplies and a $1,550 grant to replace the expectation that students work the summer before starting at W ashington University. 4) Technology Grant: Incoming students who have any need-based scholarship or grant aid will receive a bookstore credit of $1,293 to cover the cost of the university standard minimum-requirement-meeting computer.
