The Out-of-state Tuition Reduction Program provides 40% tuition savings for first-time non-resident undergraduate and transfer students who meet the eligibility requirements at the time of application. Both are renewable and students are automatically considered when applying for admission. In addition, we have increased our need-based and merit scholarships for incoming freshmen and transfer students up to and including full tuition Are these policies related to the COVID-19 pandemic?
