W ayne Clough Georgia Tech Promise Program is available to Georgia residents pursuing their first undergraduate degree. The program is designed to fill a gap in the financial aid support system, picking up where Georgia's HOPE scholarship and other financial aid options leave off. W ayne Clough Georgia Tech Promise Program are individually tailored to meet the full financial need of each recipient. Assistance will include scholarships, grants, and job opportunities that, when combined, will make it possible for the student to attend Georgia Tech without the burden of student loan debt.
